I have a device: CW9178I.
How can I upgrade via TFTP or USB on the CW9178I, because in the CLI I don’t see TFTP or USB options?

USB does not work like that.
Is the AP on EWC image, Meraki or IOS?

Hello @HatDauNho,
these new APs are designed for either cloud-managed or controller-based operations only. They do not support the autonomous mode like old legacy APs. So they only work if connected either to the Meraki dashboard or a WLC.
This also means that you cannot upgrade the firmware via TFTP or USB directly on the AP using the CLI because they do not expose CLI commands for direct file-based upgrades like older legacy APs.
All upgrades for these APs are done either via the Meraki dashboard or the WLC.
HTH!

That's not true @Jens Albrecht - they still support CLI download using the archive command when configured for controller (running AP-COS), just like every other AP model:
CW9178I#archive download-sw /no-reload ?
WORD URL of AP image <tftp|sftp|http>://<server_ip>/<file_path>
As you can see TFTP, SFTP and HTTP are all supported for file download.
The upgrade files are still available for download to be used this way - for example:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286332769/type/286288051/release/17.18.1
Upgrading via CLI has nothing to do with autonomous mode.
There are many possible reasons for using CLI to upgrade an AP.
EWC is not supported on the CW917x APs.
