Upgrade firmware for CISCO Aironet 1200

I have a CISCO Aironet 1200 Series Wireless AP & trying to upgrade the firmware but did not work correctly right after. Does someone know how to load the firmware by using a remote console. I can see the activity but keep failing the load on the firmware. Any input can help. Thanks.

Best way I know of to load firmware/code on an AP, that is havign issues, is to use the recovery method.

Thanks for the respond. I tried the steps on this document but it seems that the Tftp file is unrecognize or missing. Am i missing some steps? I have TFTP set up & running.
