upgrading a 350AP

I updated my 350 from an older version of IOS to the latest. Now I do not have the HTML cfg interface screens. I just get some sort of diagnostic screen. How can i restore the ap? I upgraded via tftp. My efforts to re-updated via serial do not work. they time out just before the file is complete.

What is the current version of the IOS you are running and what version is it that you are trying to reload, this information might give us a better idea.

I was able to resolve the issue by using a force reload command. thanks

archive download /overwrite /force-reload tftp:///
