Upgrading AP's

The following question/answer was taken from a past Wireless Tech Talk. Does anyone know if this includes the 4800 AP when upgrading from 11b to 11g? Or is this for 340's/350's only!

What is required to upgrade AP's from .11b to 11g., then from .11g to .11a? The migration from 802.11b to 802.11g is expected to be accomplished via a firmware upgrade, however, from 802.11g to 802.11a will require a hardware change, as it will use a different radio.

If you have the newer 4800’s (not the old ones with the green switch) it should be fine. That’s the same as the 340. The older ones… probably not.
