Upgrading AP1200 vxworks 12.03T to IOS

I am running VXWorks 12.03T on my 1200 series AP's. I want to upgrade them to IOS but the tool does not work for this version. How would I go about this upgrade.

Download the previous version and downgrade the Vx-Works.
