Hi ,

If you have a few APs to migrate,You can use TFTP32 server and the command:
archive download-sw /overwrite /reload tftp:////

Reference:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/access_point/12.4_10b_JA/configuration/guide/scg12410b-chap20-firmware.html#wp1035644

You can obtain the c1250-rcvk9w8-tar.124-10b.JA3.tar or the latest c1250-rcvk9w8 image releases:

c1250-rcvk9w8-tar.124-10b.JDA.tar or c1250-rcvk9w8-tar.124-21a.JA2.tar

Download Software link on CCO>
Products>Wireless>Access point>Cisco Aironet 1250 Series>Autonomous to Lightweight Mode Upgrade image

Ensure that the access point has a route to the TFTP server. The access point and the TFTP server must be in the same subnetwork if you do not have a router to route traffic between subnets.
Check connectivity to the TFTP server by using the ping command.Ensure that the image to be downloaded is in the correct directory on the TFTP server.

If you have several APs to migrate, you can opt for the WCS and Migration template:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/wcs/6.0/configuration/guide/6_0apcfg.html#wp1054876
