Upload Upgrade File to CMX

Could someone please provide me with the procedure on how to upload the upgrade file to the CMX virtual appliance drive?

Take a look at the release notes for the code you want to upgrade to. The procedure is documented there. Here is a link to one that will give you a place to start.

if you already got CMX installed, then you can go to upgrade page by simply following URL. You should see a page like below

https://<cmx-addr>:1984/

Thanks for the information, but Cisco advises you to upgrade the versions 10.6.x from the cli and not with the gui.

I have figured out how to upload the file. The reason I was unable to do is. I was using the protocol SFTP and not SCP. As soon as I switched to the SCP protocol. I was able to upload the file without any issue.
