Hi,
We have a WLAN with EAP-TLS certificate authentication. We plan to equip some users with a 7921G wireless IP phone.
Is it at all possible to use an existing client certificate on the Cisco 7921G phones ? I've already exported it and converted to DER format.
From what I can tell the only options are to use the MIC or user installed certificate. But this requires additional steps not needed if we could simply import the existing user certificates in the phones.
P.S. importing the Authentication Server CA certificate in the phone was no issue.
Thanks for any suggestions!

You either have to use the MIC that exists in the phone already, which is signed by Cisco CA, for the client cert or if you want to use your own CA, then must initiate the CSR from the phone.
So, no, you can not import pre-existing client certs.
See the 7921G Deployment Guide for more info.
