user authentication takes longer time

Hello Team,

WLCmodel:5508

ios:8.5.171.0

AP Mode: Local.

SSID-Corporate ssid-l2 authentication

Radius server: Cisco ISE

Users while trying connect to corporate ssid, the authentication phase takes longer time.One after the user  authenticated there is no slowness being faced.

In the same environment, we have one more ssid for mobile users with the same AAA server mapped not having any issue.

Only the windows laptops are facing this issue.

Checked the latency from wlc connected core switch and found to be fine.

Please confirm what all the factors needs to verified.

I would check Windows device - any Antivirus or any other local FW, disable and test it.

For testing build clean Laptop with Latest update drivers and test it.
