Hi
1)what is the recomended users per each 1252 LWAP and what is the srength and port density for this access-Point?
2)is it correct that the speed per radid is 300Mbps NOT 54Mbps

The rule of thumb is the applications being run from the client to the network. Generally Cisco recommends something like 20-30 per radio, but that doesn't mean that you can't have more or maybe your limit would be 5 users. I have an install with video uploads from concurrent users that only allow 3-5 users per radio to perform an upload within 30 minutes. If your users are just doing web and or email, then you can have over 30 users.

By default, the WLC is set to 12 users (Wireless > Radio of your choice > RRM > Profile Threshold For Traps > "Clients (1 to 75)").
Understand that the wireless medium is like a hub: When one talks, everyone else stops to listen.
I recently have a big gatherings and there were 38 clients to an AP. From time to time, the comment was that it's working good to atrocious so what we did was set a max-association limit and some clients went somewhere else.
