I'm going to say that this is the issue:  The WLC is configured with multiple countries that have conflicting 5.0 Ghz Regulatory Domain.

Regarding to this issue the problem started last week , until than everything was ok .   For example in 1 place i have 9 access point same model but they use diferent channels 8 are 9 and 1 not . Second location same problem . 90 % of the access poits are 2600 series . the stramge think is that i have some location where the ap-s are using a UNI-3 Channels and everything is woking fine .

i tryed to find the  issue with debug client from wlc . have no idea anymore where to get it .

Try upgrading the firmware of the WLC.
