Using AP2802I with Switch 110G POE, Fails to bring up radios due to "not enough POE power"

We are unable to see the radios APs available... we connect direct to  to the POE 110SG-24 ptos switch but  its star blinking as it is running and suddenly blinking form red-blue-green-off .. .as we read it means it doesnt have enough power... but we don't know why because we have connect other APs and they works 

the model we are trying to run are AIR-AP2802I-N-K9

2802 requires 30w PoE. If only provided with 15.4w the radios will remain down.

But this means the switch GS110 don’t have appropriate powe supply in PoE ports ...

Why other 2802 works ?

I didn't say the APs won't power up. With 15.4w PoE the APs will power up. But with ONLY 15.4w the RADIOS will be down.

the datasheet specifies a max power available for PoE

NB! 12 ports PoE is possible but the sum of power requested must be less than 100W

-> max. 3 x AP with 30W can be provided with enough power. this may be why one APs works and this one not

That switch is IEEE 802.3af for PoE while the APs require IEEE 802.3at. So the APs will boot but the radios will be disabled due to low power. 

You need to get a different switch or a power injector like AIR-PWRINJ6.

I may be a little late to the game with this but I had a similar problem to yours with the same ME-AP 2802i.  Are you running Mobility Express(ME) or a WLC? If its the ME then I suggest you connect to the console of the AP and configure via the CLI the IP address, mask and gateway for the ME when you power it up with the switch you have. (I'm assuming the data sheet listed above is correct) Then, if the ME is sitting on a reachable network, open a browser and enter in the IP address you have given to the ME. I believe by default secure HTTP is enabled so I would definitely try it as   https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.

Now the above mentioned item is if you have the Mobility Express image installed on the AP.

If you do not have the ME image then you most likely have just a capwap image which will need a wireless controller (WLC). 

Once the controller finds the AP it will send it signals to power up the radio's once you have configured up wireless. Otherwise, you will get nothing.

The key here is the AP will send out a discovery packet to the controller and the controller accepts the AP and configures it accordingly and lists it as an AP under its control in the AP list window.

Pretty much when you get to this point your radio's should be up and running.

I might be somewhat late to the amusement with this however I had a comparable issue to yours with a similar ME-AP 2802i. It is safe to say that you are running Mobility Express(ME) or a WLC? On the off chance that its the ME, I propose you associate with the comfort of the AP and arrange by means of the CLI the IP address, cover and passage for the ME when you control it up with the switch you have. (I'm accepting the information sheet recorded above is right) Then, if the ME is perched on a reachable system, open a program and enter in the IP deliver you have given to the ME. I accept naturally secure HTTP is empowered so I would attempt it
