Value of Unix Time transmitted by ACS 3.0

Hi,

I currently use ACS 3.0 with EAP-TLS authentication.

I found that the value of Unix Time which is transmitted by ACS

is always "00 00 00 00."

I have been trying to change the value because

clients consider it invalid and the authentication fails.

Could someone tell me how to change the value ?

It seems to be a bug in ACS..
