Variable Response times

Hello,

In the operation of the WLC, I see that the response time is variable between 2-4ms and 800-1000 ms  at the highest response time, falls to the ideal response time, again and again.

The WLC has the basic configuration five SSID and I am the only user on the WLC.

I Want to know any solution to this fail.
