I have the WLC 4402 and my question is how I can verify the quantity of users in every AP.

You can go under the GUI under:
Monitor > Clients > Change Filter
Then filter using AP name and it will list current clients for that AP.

If you have WCS/NCS you ca look at the client count. If not, then you can do a show run-config and run it through the WLC Config Analyzer.
