Virtual IP not pointing to Authentication page

Using a WLC 5508 and ACS for web authentication for users wireless users.  The virtual IP 1.1.1.1 has been always set to take the users to the authentication page.  All of a sudden it stopped and is now sending users to the page attached.  Can someone help with this issue please.

That is because Cloudflare owns 1.1.1.1 and is routable in the internet. If you connect to https://1.1.1.1 from any machine outside your network or even with your mobile phone on cellular, you will get that page. Either change your VIP, create a dns entry so that 1.1.1.1 points to the controller hostname or block 1.1.1.1 out to the internet.
