Hi All,
I have PI 1.3.0.20, vMSE-7.4.100, WLC-5508, the Cisco Location Analytics no longer
displays maps. I have integrated with meridian and can view clients moving around the meridian
maps, but MSE does not load floor areas.
I have looked in the logs files and have found warnings, "failed to find heatmap" and messages saying Floor Id not found
does anyone know of a fix>

I read that thread, but it's the solution for my problem. The thing I want avoid is having restart a production service lots of times because the software is so buggy. Posted a TAC request to see if there's a fix.
