is it possible to practice wireless in virtual lab without using real wireless devices for vWLC?

Yes, you can.
Note that AireOS vWLC only support FlexConnect mode AP, so you are limited what you can test with it.
with IOS-XE virtual WLC, you can test any feature, however you require 802.11ac wave1/wave2 or 802.11ax AP for that WLC.

Yes and no. IT depends on what one is trying to accomplish.
Configuration of a WLC or AP, yes it can be done via "virtual" simulation.
However, watching the "waterfall" or behaviour of the APs in wireless is not that "possible".
