Hi Community,
I have a C9120AX system with C9120AX EWC, Firmware Version 17.12.04
I have VLAN 100 for Manage AP and Controller, and VLAN 10 and VLAN 1 For SSID
This is my configuration:
- on Switch:
Description ap
switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk native vlan 100
switchport trunk allow VLAN 1,10,100
- On flex-Profile I NATIVE VLAN 100, Create VLAN 1, VLAN 10
On Policy Profile-was tagged to my Guest SSID, PS: i was try to enter "1" in field (Picture below)
- ISSUE: VLAN 10 is Working good with my Client, but VLAN 1 doesn't Work for my Client
Im i doing anything wrong, pls help me

Vlan 1 is typically not tagged, so that is similar to native vlan on a trunk port. If you create another vlan that is tagged, that would work, but not vlan 1.

Hi, Scott
For you Information, i have known this because old wireless System (Aironet 2800 WLC) can run VLAN 1 on an Native VLAN port, btw i cap this picture (below) when i try to enter VLAN 1 on Policy Profile for Guest (C9120ewc)
hope i guest an way to configure the same on C9120ewc

hi Scott,
I am deploying new wireless system(c9120ax) according to old wireless system (Air2800), but i can't make VLAN 1 for Client work on new system, i find the way to make it work with new system, the information above is what all i know

- Try to avoid VLAN1 for wireless purposes (SSID/WLAN/Client Vlan) ; use another vlan

Hi Marce,
I can make any changes for system, so i have to configure exact old system, because both Old and New system are working at the same time
