I have configured a PIX to opercate with the VPN Client 3.5
Everything works well but, WINS resolution will not work.
The correct WINS addresses are being issued, you can ping the WINS servers but still does not work.
Can anyone give me a suggestion why this could happen?
TIA

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, its often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.

Are you using the VPN Client on W95 or W98? Dynamic WINS entries work only on DHCP-enabled adaptors. If you need to use a static IP address on the physical interface, manually configure the WINS addresses.
