Does anyone know if IPSK is supported on the virtual WLC platform? I know it's implemented in version 8.5, but I don't see anything on support for vWLC.

Its supported if your vWLC has SW version 8.5 or higher.

iPSK is supported in ISE 2.2 and WLC firmware 8.5.130.0 and later.

vWLC only supports Flexconnect APs and IPSK requires local mode. So, it isn't supported on the vWLC platform.

That is incorrect, iPSK can work on Flex or Local mode APs.

I was working off this:

which has these conclusions:

IPSK is not supported on the Flex Connect locally switched mode. AAA server is required with AV-Pair support.
IPSK is not supported on the Flex Connect Group.
