vWLC AP

 

Virtual WLC
version : 8.10.151

IP : 192.168.41.100

 

AP
PID: C9130AXI-K

IP : 10.0.15.251

AP6C71.0DF2.5B94#ping 192.168.41.100
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 192.168.41.100, timeout is 2 seconds
!!!!!

 

AP tries to join with WLC but gets "AP Join Request failed!"

Attach the debug log.

The country code and time are both normal.
In the AP Join status menu I found the reason.
"No license present with the AP trying to join"
But I still don't know what the problem is.

 

Can anyone help me?

The reason is unknown, but after rebooting, the AP is joined.

Activate the licenses.

How this Ap getting powered UP its a switch or Power Injector, Because this AP needs more power.

Have you tried adding to the MAC filtering the MAC address of AP.
Security > AAA> MAC Filtering
