vWlc 9800 data integration third party server Newtrax server for location tracking.
in our environment,
OLD wlc -5500 is integration to Newtrax server-in this case we have create a user on wlc with admin right and go to newtrax server and just put some information like-wlc ip, port-22, admin login password etc and data is easily moving to Newtrax server.
New vwlc-9800 is integration Newtrax server-We have done same setting above but its not working.

5500 (5508 or 5520) runs AireOS operating system.
9800 series run IOS-XE operating system.
These are 2 completely different systems with different CLI commands.
Does your server support 9800 and IOS-XE? (if it only supports AireOS it will not work with IOS-XE)
Instructions for integrating the server with Cisco products should be provided by your Newtrax support.

According to the screenshots above you're using port 22 for old WLC (SSH) and 443 for new 9800 WLC (https).
Does that means it's using restconf for the 9800?
If it's using restconf then you will obviously also need to setup and configure restconf. And remember https requires a valid certificate configured.
You've also shown a screenshot of SNMP configuration - are you also using SNMP? The MIB support in 9800 is much reduced compared to AireOS.

Hi Rich,
According to the screenshots above you're using port 22 for old WLC (SSH) and 443 for new 9800 WLC (https).
Does that means it's using restconf for the 9800?--Ok, We have checked with port 22 for new wlc 9800 but it was not effective.
If it's using restconf then you will obviously also need to setup and configure restconf. And remember https requires a valid certificate configured--Not required.
My Observations:-
Actually at old wlc 5500 we create a new user for newtrax server with admin right and at newtrax server side we just fill the details like-wlc ip, port number, user name and password and just click ok it is reachable and data is moving to newtrax server but for new wlc 9800 cases we have done same things but data is not moving to newtrax server(no additional configuration not found both old wlc 5500 and newtrax server.

@Rohatash Singh I'm sorry but we can't help you any further on this. We've provided all possible advice (for a product we know nothing about) and you're simply repeating yourself now. Go back to the vendor you bought this Newtrax product from and ask them for support. Only they can tell you how their software works. Most software comes with installation and setup guides - have you consulted those for a start?
