Anyway I had a quick look on the WAP371 datasheet

If you look at the Data sheet you will find it there. It listed 5GHz support for the following which include UNII-1, UNII-2, UNII-2 extended & UNII-3 bands. UNII2 & UNII-2 extended are DFS band & AP has to support DFS if it is operating in that range.

It listed "Bonjour" or mDNS which is link local multicast. So like any other consumer grade AP if you connect all your devices to single subnet multicast should work.
