My network is as follows:
Motorola 3515 cable moded==>Cisco 2851==>Cisco 3750
I have a WAP321 connected to gig1/0/3 of the 3750. I am replacing a Egenius WAP. It works, its just a crappy AP and needs to be restarted several times a day so I replaced it with the 321.

My wireless devices connect to the WAP however the WAP will not pass an IP to anything.
