Hello,

I was checking out a setting in our WCS under the Location Server and trying to view the History Parameters but keep getting an error. It says "Wired Client History internal is less than 1 minute."

Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like there must be a mismatch between the versions of location and WCS you are using. Could you let me know what version you are running on both servers.

For WCS: Under Help ---> About the software.

For Location: Under Location ---> Location Servers

Location: 4.0.32.0

So you are running incompatible versions. Please uninstall the location server and install the 3.1.36.0 version available on CCO. This should fix the issue.
