- What provisioning mechanism are the APs used to discover a controller
+ Post the full boot process of one of those APs
- Advised : ref: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html
Added : verify the controller model first and use the subsequent advised release.
+ You may have a checkup of the controller's configuration using : WirelessAnalyzer input (procedure) for AireOs controllers
and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer

What is the uptime of the WLC? What version of IOS-XE running on it ?
If it has not rebooted for a long time, I would do that and check the behaviour.
Since these are EoL products no active support from Cisco.

I have already restarted many times. But unable to fix. It is old model and we have not license and It was working fine but few days ago we are getting issue like this didn't obtain ip address mostly peak time. May be controller issue.but why is not providing ip address.

- You may also check the controller's logs , when this is happening , but it is also kind of necessary to provide the full boot process of one of these APs.

Hi,
Check the DHCP configurations on WLC and DHCP server. Perform packet capture on client device and analyze it.
Thanks,

And most importantly start planning an upgrade to a supported WLC and APs or cloud based solution eg Meraki
The APs are end of support since April 2024
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/eos-eol-notice-c51-740712.html
and the WLC went end of support in 2022:
