Web Auth Passthrough

Does the WebAuth Passthrough script on a WLC 4402 4.0 validate a users email. Does it simply accept any email address bogus or not and log it?

Hello,

Webauth passthrough does not perform any validation. The user can enter whatever they wish and that information is logged to a syslog server. They even have the option of just hitting 'enter' with no data. If you want validation I would configured web authentication.
