web authentication on WLC 2504

Hi All,

I do know that captive portal could be setup on cisco WLC 2504, such that internet users could login as follows:

Username, password or  mobile number.

And get the authorization code on mobile number.

However I would like to know whether the above configuration would work with just 2504 or do we need any other device to achieve this.

Hi Garuav,

Webauth will work with 2504 as well. WLC .

WLC can store max 2048 local entries so it depends on your requirement size.

you will need a RADIUS SERVER(We are using ISE) to store/assign guest credentials and send the Code/password via smtp/SMS gateway.

Web Auth > Web Login Page

and configure redirect page to http or any http url.
