If you set your SSID to open-no security, does it start working ?
If not => the interface assigned to your SSID is badly configured or doesn't provide network access
If yes => which version are you running ? Can you verify in monitor->clients that you client reached the "RUN' status in the client details ?

Check your NAT?
I've seen plenty of deployments trying to add guest access, but the new subnet for the Clients are not properly configured for NAT access.
The good news, it sounds like your webauth/redirect is working great, which is usually what people complain about.
So you need to track down where the internet request is getting dropped....
As mentioned before me, you could switch to open wlan and at least confirm your internet works there first, and then switch back to webauth.

Thanks guys
I checked what you said, during this checking I found that Client does not take correct configuration from DHCP, although IP from the right subnet.
When I mannualy configure proxy for IE - browsing is OK. But automatic config in IE (from DHCP) the browsing does not work.
So the problem between DHCP - IE - proxy.
