Webauth + Flexconnect wlc 9800

Hi,

I am trying to setup a guest wifi network using an external provider for the guest wifi.

I have fully followed their instructions but I think there may be a limit in the CISCO WLC 9800 ver 17.12.6a

The problem is that I am not seeing the SSID being broadcast.

Co Pilot (it's doing my head in) has just suggested that it may be because I am using a 2702ap and that Wave-1 aps may have problems using flexconnect + WebAuth SSID.
I am going to try testing with a 2800 or maybe a 9200 but can anyone shed any light on this or if perhaps CoPilot is correct.

  -   @Chris McCann               I don't think that the access point model is involved here ;
                                             -  Issue the 9800 CLI command : wireless config validate
                                             - Validate the current controller configuration with the CLI command :
                                                                  show tech wireless and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer
                                                                  Use the full command as outlined in green, the above procedure does
                                                                  not work with a single show tech-support
