WGB 350 Ping loss

Hi, I am working with a 350 WGB, but when I tried to access it using a directly connected PC using a crossover cable I had intermitent responses from the WGB. Then I used a switch and a PC with the same results there are a lot of loss packets in the ethernet interface. I got a replacement unit from Cisco with the same results, using notebooks, desktops, W95, W98, W2K an WXP operating system.I do not know if someone experienced a similar problem and could help me.
