The upgrade process from WGB350v884 to WGB350v885 appears to be broken. Here is the process being following:

1. run upgrade_patch against a WGB352R running V8.84

>This utility is intended to be used on the Cisco >Aironet 350 Workgroup

>Bridge to prepare it for software upgrade.

Upgrade dies with the addr 480000 0 != bed4

Can you explain what is wrong with the WGB350v885.img file?

Thanks.

The image could have become corrupt when you first downloaded it. Try downloading the image again.

I have downloaded the image to multiple systems and compared the file to the cisco source.. if the file is corrupt, it is most likely corrupt on the cisco site.

I'm having the exact same problem... I've tried downloading the image file a couple times, but I keep getting the addr 4800000 0!=bed4 message. Were you ever able to figure it out?

Still no resolution. I still believe this is a corrupt cisco image, I have been doing upgrades on these wgb350's for years and never had this problem until this image.
