Autonomous IOS mode or lightweight (CAPWAP)?
If CAPWAP - what WLC model and what software version?

No stated restrictions on characters but ? is generally never allowed and it's best to use only standard ASCII characters.

I want to know whether the Aironet 2700 can configure below as hostname(=ap_name).
But mannual (Configuration Guide, or Command Reference ) don't describe that.
ex)
