What is Barbados AP?

I wonder what is "Barbados AP"? I found the term on Cisco bug page. I tried to google "Cisco Barbados AP" as the keyword, but most of the search result was Cisco bug search pages.

These are the APs that run u-boot: 1800, 2800, 3800 & 4800.

Is the u-boot on Cisco has the same context as universal boot in computing?

u-boot is a linux-based OS.  There are some people who use it for different reasons.
