Hi!
What the difference between Cisco CAP and AP?
Is the CAP only managed by the controller?
Thank you!

- If you refer to the CAPWAP ; that protocol is being used between a controller and a lightweight access point.
M,
-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

I talk about access points models. For example:

In 2700 and 3700 models AIR-AP was refereed with Universal Regulatory Domain and AIR-CAP was refereed with country specific. See datasheet for more info
