The question mark will appear in the association table before the device completely confirms the IPaddress. The meaning is that the Wireless AP thinks that the ip address of that device is correct but has not received enough traffic from it to verify that it is correct. Usually this will get corrected after some time. This just indicates that the device is in the process of confirming the IP address.
