1-When move ap from default group to other group clients can't get IP address 

2-we don't have more then 16 in WLAN ID list (we can't create WLAN With ID 17)

You didn't provide enough information.  When you add or create a new ap group, you must make sure the wlan's are mapped to the correct vlan.  This is how it works for local mode ap's, if your setup is flexconnect, then that is totally different on how the wlan is mapped to a trunked vlan.

Share some screen shot so we can take a look at the difference between the default and the group you created.  The code is pretty old, but really need to see the first four tabs on both, the default and the new.

Yes that code is very old and 8.2 in general was abandoned quite early on.  You should consider moving to at least 8.3.150.0.

But AP groups should work regardless if you configure correctly.
