After the laptop startup from the standby mode or suspend mode, the LEAP cannot be function. Laptop can only home t the AP using LEAP after manual re-login or re-insert the card into the slot (re-insert is the worst case).
Is there any solution to solve the problem?

You should upgrade the firmware and utilities to the latest versions off of the Cisco Software Center for the client adapter as well as the AP.

Manual relogin sounds like a misconfiguration.
I have no problem authenticating and then associating to an AP coming out of suspend mode. Make sure that in the Cisco ACU under the LEAP settings for your profile that "Use Windows Username and Password" is selected and that the bottom two options in this window (Include Windows Logon" and "No Network Logon" are both selected.
Also make sure youy are running the latest version of the ACU software, updated wireless client firmware and have updated the PCMCIA device driver if using a laptop.
