Wi-Fi not connecting with Android 11 Mobiles

We have newly deployed Catalyst C9800-L-K9 Wireless Controller. The Authentication method is PSK and 802.1x. Tried to connect the Wi-Fi from laptop and mobiles but getting Error for Android 11 Mobiles. Rest of mobiles are able to connect. We tried for PSK and 802.1x both method but unable to connect Wi-Fi. While trying to Connect the Android 11 Mobiles unable to get any logs from Wireless Controller.

Issue: WLAN SSID is not connecting for specific mobiles like oneplus, redmi running android version 10. We are not even see any logs in controller for that mobiles connection request. we have checked with both WPA2 - PSK and 802.1x SSID setup.

Android 11 Mobiles  - do you see their SSID on the device? what Model and model is this?

May be worth enable and check.

You are maybe hitting CSCvu24770.

As a workaround try to enable FT (not adaptive) and FT+PSK.
