Wi-Fi Password: Why Do I Keep Retyping the PSK

CiscoNinjaa

Have you ever found repeatedly entering the correct Pre-Shared Key (PSK) multiple times before finally connect to your Wi-Fi network successfully? Curious to know the reason behind this issue?

I am %100 sure that I enter the correct password.

Thanks!

- Either finger trouble (typing wrong password) or
- Faulty driver on client device or
- Buggy software on the WLC

So make sure your client OS and driver is 100% up to date and update the WLC software as per the TAC recommended (link below).
