WiFi Controller (WLC 5508) AP not joined

Some APs do not join the controller. While there is another part that is attached.

Can you help me ?

Need more info, Pls provide below output from your WLC

show sysinfo

show time

From an AP that have issues, provide below output & console log messages while it try to register to WLC

show version
