Hello Prasad,
please make sure that the laptop has wireless card driver updated to latest.
also you acn issue the following commends on the AP and test how it goes:
configure terminal
interface dot11radio 0
no dot11 extension aironet
hope this helps.
Kind regards
Talal

Hi Talal,
We have two Wireless networks named as Internal and External. Internal wifi network is the hidden network. The laptop which i am trying to connect is able to detect other wireless networks but not the Internal wireless network even if i have configured it manually on wireless card. Sometimes it detects the Internal Wireless network but gets disconnected quickly and on regular basis. Plz help

hello Prasad,
for me sounds like client side problem when SSID is not broadcasted...
please try the two points mentioned in my previous post.
1) dirvers updated on the client
2) disabling aironet extensions using the commands
configure terminal
interface dot11radio 0
no dot11 extension aironet
Kind regards
Talal

Hi Talal,
I dont think so because all the other users are able to connect to the Wifi. Even SSID is not broadcasted.

Hello Prasad,
have you tried disabling the aironet extensions?? please let me know your feedback after disabling it.
also the fact that all clients work fine except ( Lenovo with realtek chips) , this confirms we are possibly hitting some client side problem... please confirm about the above.
Kind regards
Talal

I don't know what configs you have so why don't you try testing if the wireless NIC card could be faulty? Have you tried upgrading the firmware of the wireless NIC? Have you tried testing the client with open authentication?
