You should save after every config change. The save function saves the current running configuration (in RAM) to the startup configuration (on built-in flash drive). This is a safety feature in case you configure something which makes the device unreachable. In that case just plug the power and it's back to the old configuration.

There is no different between a reload and a physical power cycle.

After any change on WLC, you must save the config else it will be lost once you reboot it.

As you can see that WLC was reboored 3 days ago:

System Up Time................................... 3 days 5 hrs 21 mins 45 secs

After you do a save config, you should reboot your WLC and make sure that the plan is still there. Then wait and see if the SSID stay's or not. It should never just disappear unless you didn't save the config.

You should also upgrade your software, you are running a deferred release with many bugs. I suggest you upgrade to 8.8.120.0, if all your APs are supported by that release (check release notes).

so i have to save the config after each changes i have made on wlc then reboot to check if its still there or not ?

is there different between reboot or remove the power cable or cutoff the power totally from device and back it again ?

You should save after every config change. The save function saves the current running configuration (in RAM) to the startup configuration (on built-in flash drive). This is a safety feature in case you configure something which makes the device unreachable. In that case just plug the power and it's back to the old configuration.
