Hello,
Sometime when i do speed test internally (to server) i got upload bandwidth reach 80mbps but the download only get around 10-20mbps. How we can improve the throughput since the upload and download traffic seems not balance.

- You are not describing any parameters of the used wifi environment : controller model , access point models, software versions, ....

And what speed it your internet backhaul?
For example in the UK a common VDSL speed combination is 80Mbps download / 20Mbps upload.
So what speed test results do you get when testing from a LAN connection?

Best way to test wireless performance is having a iperf server in your local LAN. If you are doing speedtest with public internet servers, your internet links upload/download limits can apply.
If you have a WLAN Pi, you can simply use it as iPerf server and get performance tested quickly. You can get an idea from below post

Since you didn't provide any information on your setup, the basics for troubleshooting speed is to use tools that test throughput. Like what @Rasika Nayanajith mentioned, you can install iperf or even openspeedtest. You can use this for wired and for wireless, but make sure the server is on a wired device.
