Hi,
Few Windows-8 laptops are not connecting to Wi-Fi, useres connecting to LAP1142N and WLC is 2106, but few users are able connect.
What could be the possible issues, and the troubleshooting.
Anyone can help.
Thanks

Guys,
Thanks for your valuable comments, we tried connecting the wifi successfully after uninstalling the Cisco anyconnect softeware on laptops which are not getting connected to the Wi-Fi earlier, now it is under observation. but i still dont know what was the issue and what is the connection between Cisco anyconnect and wireless access from Windows-8.
Thanks,
Ateeq

WLC2106?
This tells me you are running a very, very old software. An old software that is NOT compatible to Windows 8.

Either use a code that supports the Windows 8, which can be viewed on this link

Or you can use a Windows 7 wireless driver.
