Wireless AP client unable to get dhcp ip from cisco WLC (when the underlay connection is over VSAT link)...

• We have two WAN connection to the HQ office where WLC is located
• On cellular 4G wan connection, the clients work fine on AP. but if they switch over to satellite link then the client doesn’t auth or get ip from dhcp via the AP

AP clients get DHCP (Working):

client ---> AP --> WLC --> cisco router --> 4G ISP --> DMVPN --> cisco router --> HQ --> WLC

AP clients fails to get DHCP:

client ---> AP --> WLC --> cisco router --> VSAT satellite connection ISP --> DMVPN --> cisco router --> HQ --> WLC

Client get associated with SSID but waits for DHCP and then time out...and this happens over the satellite link. The strange thing is it worked earlier for about 4 months and now it is exactly same setup but not working.. I think it may be delay of VSAT connection is 650ms which high but still it was working....

Any suggestion?

• On WLC debugs, we are not getting EAP response from client on non-working scenario:
