    - This could also be an external network hiccup on the particular intranet
    - Configure a central syslog server for all switches where APs are connected to , and check the resulting logging on the syslog
       server
    - Configure global ap syslogging on the controller to the particular syslog server too
    - Use the same syslog server for the controller too
All of this may lead to enhanced insights ,

 M.

What is the model of the WLC & AP?
What firmware is the WLC on?

If all the APs at a remote location disconnect at the same time that would suggest a problem with the backhaul between the remote location and the WLC.
Check for flaps and/or congestion in that backhaul path.
What reason do the WLC and AP logs show for disconnection?

You can use IP SLA on a router or switch to monitor the connectivity.
