Wireless Application Not Working 861W

Hello All:

I have bought a 861w and can't get the wireles application started.  I log into the router using CCP.  Under wireless I press the Wireless Application button it firesup the webbrowser asking for user name and password I enter that but allI get is a OK button and that dosn't do anything.   anybody has any idea what is going on with this........

For such an issue, it's simpler to open a TAC case and have an engineer helping you live on your setup. It's hard to help through the forum for a CCP issue if you're not familiar with the router telnet commands.

I have…….

Case number 619671651 <> . The tech staff was working on it vis WebEx, they couldn’t quite figure out what the problem is…..once they get the pat working we lose internal connection to our web, mail, ftp, etc servers……. That was last week, he said he will figure it out cal call back, I haven’t heard anything………
