Wireless Bridge/Access point

Is there a cisco device that allows for bridging and LAN Access functionality art the same time ?

I had being planning on using another manufacturers device that allows for this, however, when went to purchase it is on backorder with all suppliers.

I would like the device to have POE functionality also.

The layout if the wireless LAN would be 2 builings approx 500 yrds apart. Would prefer to use device with internel antennae that is suitable for mounting outdoors.

Among cisco wireless bridges only Aironet 1300 series outdoor access point/bridge can act as both bridge and access point at the same time. It has 13dBi internal antenna. Its range can be found in the following links. But it has no PoE function.
